What are artwork requirements for getting my brand name imprinted?

We prefer art work in Adobe Illustrator in RGB or CMYK. We accept the electronic art files in psd, eps, pdf, and jpeg files. We expect you to deliver art work with high color saturations for achieving better print quality. Art with screens, halftones, blends will be inspected by our in house designers prior to imprint.

How should we send artwork?

What is the production time required for branding the product?

The regular production time stretches from 4-10 days depending on the art approval. Fast shipping is offered on urgent orders. We request you to get in touch with us for knowing more on this part.

What are the regular production and delivery times?

There are many factors that will affect production and delivery times. Orders are subject to possible standard shipping and production delays that are out of our control. The term fragrance added to the label indicates presence of natural fragrant compounds, synthetic compounds or combination of both. We try to maximize the usage of natural components, whereas at times synthetic components and natural derivatives are also used in formulation.

Do you use gluten ingredients in formulation?

We offer mix of gluten filled and gluten free formulations and customers can read through the ingredients while making choices.

Do you use artificial colors in the products?

Natural colors or FDA approved synthetic colors are used in the product formulation in permissible amounts. We have strictly seen to it that banned products are never included in the formulations.

Does this product contain nutty ingredients?

Macadamia seed oil, almond butter, cocoa butter and Shea butter are some of moisturizing agents used in formulations. People who are allergic to these nutty ingredients should check the ingredients prior to ordering.

How long does these lip balms stay fresh?

We can assure shelf life spanning 1 -2 years for most of the variants, which are formulated using jojoba oil and vitamin E.

Is carmine present in your lip balms?

Carmine is present in many lip balms as a main coloring ingredient. It is derived from shells of cochineal beetle and is used for creating bright red colors. Some of the other commonly used synthetic coloring compounds are D & C Red # 6 and D & C Red #7.

Do you offer seasonal or festive special products?

We do offer seasonal and festive special lip balm flavors and advertisers can choose them according to serving purpose and target.

Do you use petroleum ingredients?

We use petroleum ingredients in fractional and accepted quantities during formulation. We have ensured that these ingredients are used as per the FDA established guidelines.

Do you test your products on animals?

We don't encourage testing on animals and abstain from doing it ourselves.
